One of the most anticipated projects of the Family Rescue Fund just became a reality. Zinvori Tun unveiled the new surgical unit where wounded soldiers can undergo surgery in addition to rehabilitation. The new facility has seven new hospital rooms with 12 beds renovated with the support of FRF and Naz Atikian-Bashkijian.
“Designed to complement surgical services, the three-story facility features everything required for this purpose. Rooms are fully adapted for people with disabilities. We are grateful to our long-time friend Naz Atikian-Bashkijian and FRF,” said Dr. Armen Muradyan during the opening ceremony on September 23rd.
“Nas always says that our heroes should live comfortably in beautiful, renovated houses and receive treatment in the best medical facilities. They should be surrounded by love and affection. Thanks to her dedication, today we have these modern rooms as part of our new surgical unit, “added Haykuhi Minasyan, director of the Soldier’s House.
The new unit will enable our soldiers with different health issues to receive complete treatment in one place without being transferred to other hospitals. FRF is happy to be part of this great initiative.
